Researchers annotate online content for manipulation techniques — emotional escalation, false consensus, and so on. The panel captures what is being annotated (the page's address and title, a selected passage, a picture from the page) together with the technique marked against it, and files the result. It is built for a research project at a Czech university and used by a fixed group of annotators, who normally pair it with their own organisation's server; this page stands in for that server without being one.
